Delivery time

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM on the same day. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to comply with this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of the order can take a little longer.

Postage costs

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

The Netherlands
€ 3.95 for mailbox packages
Free shipping above € 70,-

Europe
€ 8.95 for mailbox packages
Free shipping above € 150,-

Delivery is via DHL and generally the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

The following conditions apply to returns
The following conditions apply to returns and/or exchanges:

• Send Indy lashes an e-mail in advance via info@indylashes.nl stating the items you want to exchange/return, your name, place of residence and account number.
• Exchange / return is possible up to 14 days after receipt of the order
• You send the unused article, preferably in the original packaging, to Indy lashes, Bosweg 4 3651 LV Woerdense Verlaat (no visiting address).
• The return shipment must be sufficiently stamped and the risk of shipment lies with the customer.
• I will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days after receipt of the item.
  Please note: the shipping and return costs are for you.
• Indy lashes reserves the right to refuse returns, or to refund only part of the amount paid, if it is suspected that the item has already been used and is therefore damaged.
